Second 1/6 triathlon workout
Good morning botts
Yesterday I did a 1/6th triathlon workout. I wasn't sure if I could do it, but even though my thighs were very sore I did. For most people it would be easy but because I have been so sedentary for the past year it was hard for me. I did it again today. My shoulders and arms are ok. I have to do more gardening today as well. My tomatoes are huge and I need to do more tying up. The house always needs cleaning, clothes need to be tried on and then there is grocery shopping and cooking. I made my veggie soup and my sf/ff cheesecake. Have a great day. Tri
