Aug. 31 1/6th triathlon workout
Good morning botts
Today I plan on weeding my garden and cleaning the stove and refrigerator. I also need to try clothes on and pack up clothes that don't fit. I went to the gym for a swim and bike several days this past week. I did my 1/6th triathlon workout (2 miles on the bike, 1/2 mile walk and 6 lengths in the pool).
My food plan today:
B: Santa Fe tortilla crust spinach quiche
S: peach, salad with my garden veggies, nuts/seeds and fat free dressing
L: deli sausage and rf cheese on whole wheat roll
S: peach and my veggie soup
D: 2 meatballs, crackers and cheese
S: fruit salad
