I am starting my second week bot. I have re-lost 2 lbs. again. I could have gained another so it is not so bad. Today I have errands this morning, then lunch with friends and then I have to pack for my long weekend. I will focus on veggies and fruit and lean meat at lunch today. I will do the best I can and edit this tonight and post again next Wednesday...wish me strength!!! Have a great day. Tri
