Patience and persistance
So today is day 4 of getting bot. The scale hasn't moved yet, but I feel better. I have a lot of energy this morning. I have a ton of cleaning to do because my company arrives tomorrow. I have to re-clean everything although nothing looks dirty. I want to dig out the small tree growing in my day lily. I have to do more grocery shopping also. I am not buying junk and snacks though. If I follow the plan the pounds will slowly come off. I know the biggest challenge I have is being patient and persistent. I am building sustainable habits. It is a marathon not a sprint.
