Getting back on track...it's a process!

Good evening botts

I hung out with my husband today. We did yard work and sat out on the front porch with the dog. I am chiseling away at the weeds which have been growing for 2 years because of my foot surgery. Fortunately my perennials seem to like the company of the weeds and have been thriving. probably need to cut back portions tomorrow but the food was healthier today. Hope you had a great weekend. L: grass fed beef with reduced fat cheese and small yam

S: salad, tomato, ff dressing and nuts

D: grass fed beef with brown rice and beans and veggie soup

S: baked apple and Slimfast snack
