Hi Botts,
Hope everyone is having a great summer. Really need to start tracking my food again. It's way to easy to get off track. And I go back to my surgeon on the 18th so it's day 1 for me.

B. Premier shake
L. Salad with chicken burger, cheddar, avacado, and balsamic
D. 3/4 cup chili with
cheddar

Calories-705
Carbs-----50
Protein----78

Going to try not to snack because I'm at my sodium and carb limits but if needed maybe some egg whites and veggies or another shake.
