Good morning botts:

Another hot day in WI. I am cleaning out and cleaning. My goal is to donate, recycle or toss 1 grocery size bag of stuff every day. I have been doing it for months now. Today I tossed out 12 pairs of shoes I haven't worn in a while and are not good enough for the thrift shop to sell. They were shoes with memories of work or play (even some of my triathlon shoes). I am sentimental (I can't believe I find memories in shoes!) "Good bye my old friends"! Have a great day, Tri

S: salad: spinach, tomato, cucumber, sugar snap peas, 1/4 cup nuts, fat free dressing 300

L: 1/2 pita, bbq beef, low fat cheese 300

S: my sf/ff cheesecake and fruit salad 220

D: pita, tomato sauce, rf cheese, my veggie soup 400

S: sf Metamucil and fruit and/or dairy 400
