Good evening botts:
We have company again this weekend so I will clean for exercise. I also am trying to increase my calories (per my RD) to actually eat fewer calories over time. Jumping around from 1500 calories one day to 3000 calories the next day isn't working for me. I will edit my plan as the day goes on. so far so good. It is 5 pm and I am not hungry for dinner yet. L: small lettuce salad with ff dressing and 1 slice of pizza 500
S: frozen blueberry and Greek yogurt smoothie 150
D: stir fry grass fed steak, veggies, pineapple 300

Today was much better food wise, not much exercise unless crocheting counts
B eggs cheese and spinach scramble with one slice toast
L chicken burger no bun and quarter cup rice
D hot sausage link with onions peppers on slice of bread with 2 oz baked fries
S small sugar free vanilla iced coffee and 1 oz cheddar
