Feeling a slight difference in my clothing ;-)

Could be all in my mind.
My weigh in will be interesting this week. TMI my cycle was on this wk as well.
Due to the constipation, I had to incorporate some foods, veggies. I am pretty much doing the liquids all day. I did have some peanut butter crackers.
Tonight I had a my "Applewood chix strips/ salad.
I guess I should leave the "cob" part out?
Tasty. Got super full, really fast.
Lettuce, tomatoes, eggs, blue cheese feta, sweet onion dressing.
B- Protein shake, Vits.
L - Green tea/water 1/2 gallon today.
S- Peanut butter crackers
S- Fiber One bar.
D- Applewood chix. strip salad

D: Lasagna and green beans
