Hi Botts,
Today I've decided to start having 2 shakes a day and 2 meals. It will be easier to get my protein in and lower my calories create and habits that will work for me long term. I'm also going to measure my food more carefully, no more than a cup of food, dense protein first. Also I'm terrible about drinking water so I'm making sure I get my 8 glasses in.

B shake

L 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1oz cheese and half a cup of veggies

D 3 oz ground meat, 1/2 cup cooked carrots and 2 oz baked sweet potato fries

S egg in a hole

Dinner changed, ended up having 1024 calories and 79 protein

Sounds like a plan.
I was never good at actually measuring.
Even tonight I called my self making a part 2 of my cob salad. Was eating 5 mins. if that and got super full.
I just stopped. It was may have been 2 cups of salad if that? Dense protein with the applewood chix. strips? I had eggs on it too, but I did not eat all the eggs on my plate.
And the experts on the MB claim that you can't shrink your pouch by doing the liquid diet?
Well then someone explain why after a few bites am I full like in the beginning after wls.
If this helps me to my new goal, then I am all for it.
No matter what I am taking it day by day.

Sounds like you had a great day. I agree, I think eating dense protein and veggies fills you up faster and your stomach gets used to it and shrinks back down. If it can stretch out when we eat too much, it surely can shrink back.
