Hi Botts,

Yesterday was not a good day for me food wise. I made potato salad and baked a cake for my sister's birthday party. She loves to bake and does everyone else's cakes and does a beautiful job. I made hers because you shouldn't bake your own birthday cake! But I decided I'd better stay away from baking, it was way too tempting for me.

I'm sure I had too many calories but I also know it could have been a lot worse. I took a bit of everything but didn't eat it all. Today was not perfect but much better. I have to be careful not to slip into bad habits again.

Family functions can be hard.
Don't beat your self up, you were able to jump right back on the wagon.
It happens. I used to work in a bakery. I work in a grocery store every weekend. (Cashier) I see all kinds of foods, the good, bad, and the healthy selections. Food is all around us. My mom wants pasta tuna salad for Mother's day? What shall I do?
I been starring at all the good lunch the kiddos had for lunch this wk. at school. It was really hard when I had lunch duty this week.
We are here for you no matter what.
