good morning botts

I spent time in the garden again yesterday. I trimmed one of my rose bushes. I will work on another one today. And of course more weeding. I do grow a great variety of weeds! I also cleaned a bathroom. I bought one of those rechargeable spinning shower cleaners which I will use today on another bathroom. I hope it works. I also will do my ab exercises before I eat every meal. Have a great day everyone. Tri

Protein coffee, a friend mentioned this, and when I went in the store, I purchased the pre made coffee, a light version of course. I can't wait to try it, I love coffee! see what I mean about being able to do so many different concoctions with vanilla PP. Who would have thought? but now yes. Skies the limit.
Tri I remember your avatar from a few years ago, when I was back on the boards a few yrs ago, trying to lose weight for my Graduation ceremony. I lost 20 lbs. and fell back off the wagon. That is just too easy to do!! Now my only reason is just me! & because I want to really try again. Stressing over some other life issues, so focusing on me, right now, is therapy at it's best. Never ever making it to goal, years ago, has always messed with me? Now this time I have some ideas for breaking a plateau when I get there, I am ready for that challenged as well. So I think right?
