Hi Tri and Botts,
First postop appointment today down 17 lbs! I was told thats really good for the Apollo, people don't lose as fast as they did for RNY. I've decided not to weigh at home at least for a while. I'm just gonna concentrate on following my diet, I get so upset when the scale goes up.
B nothing got sick after dinner last night taking it easy
L 3oz chicken salad
D 3 turkey meatballs with 1/4 cup sauce and 1/4 green beans
Glad you had such a nice day Tri!

CONGRATULATIONS!! It didn't make sense that you would have gained. I had a WW leader that told me if you follow the plan the scale will follow. It sound like the Apollo is working well. There is a girl on the failed weight loss surgery forum that was ok'd for the Apollo and backed out. Perhaps you could post something on that forum because it is working so well with low risk (according to my GI doctor). Tri
