On again, off again, on again.
I am back again. In 2014, I was able to shed 20lbs. for my Graduation, and I did it. So I know the possibilities of making an effort, and cutting back on the food.
This time, I want to "jump start" some lost. I have started out on a liquid diet. In the hopes of shrinking my stretched out pouch. I know this sounds drastic, but it's the only way for me to commit and get serious about shedding some pounds.
I am back on the boards to be encouraged and gain knowledge. This was never an easy journey for me, and even now ten years ago there were struggles.
Now I truly understand the meaning "one day at a time" & one pound at a time. I know it's still possible, because I've I tried in the past. So now I am trying again. My goal is still, 199. I am still living the dream of "onederland" as they like to call it. I will never be "skinny" but I want to be comfortable, in my own skin.
Day 1.

Its is hard, but we can do this! I'm finally getting that like you said its one day at a time even one meal at a time. I had my RNY in December of 2010 and the Apollo over stitch procedure on April 12. In ever reached goal and regained about 30 lbs. I will be thrilled to get under 200 lb!

I am also dreaming of onederland. I don't think I have been under 200 lbs. since an endoscopy in 2012. I was close last June. Patience and persistence will lead to success. A couple calories less eaten and a couple calories more burned can make a huge difference over time. I haven't been on the scale in a couple of days. We really can do this. Tri
