5 weeks until Memorial Day aka...summer!

Summer is just around the corner in Wisconsin. I want to lose 11 lbs. in 5 weeks which is possible but difficult for me. I need to try harder for the next few weeks. I am going out for lunch/dinner this afternoon. I will focus on eating light the rest of the day and getting my veggies in early to fill me up. Persistence and patience are not my strengths. But...I can do this! Have a great day. Tri

My food plan:

B: protein coffee 150

S: salad 200

S: blueberry and plain Greek yogurt smoothie 150

Lunch out? 650

D: veggie soup and Greek yogurt 140

S: pear, protein cocoa, Slimfast chips 320
