Good morning botts

I am 212 lbs. this morning. Hopefully I will never have to relose that lb. again. I am comfortable with my diet and really need to not give into temptation with food that doesn't keep me from getting hungry an hour later. I have to clean for company. Have a great day. Tri

Just finished day 3 of purees, looking forward to soft foods on Thursday but hey at least its not all liquids. Great job on your loss Tri, we will do this!

Sounds like the Apolo was a success! Do you feel restriction now?

Yes I do, I couldn't really tell until yesterday. I had pork and potatoes and after eating about half I was so full. So grateful to feel restriction. Most of the purees I've had were basically the same textures as the shakes, the pork was so much denser and filling.
