Can I lose weight...seriously?

Good morning botts:

I am 213 lbs. again today. Even if I can only get to 199 lbs. I would feel better about myself because I no longer qualify for WLS. It has been about 5 years since I was under 200 lbs. i was 202 last June so I hope I can do it. I just have to work the plan. Have a great day. Tri

My eating plan today:

B: protein coffee 150

S: fresh pineapple 80

L: 1/2 packaged salad: lettuce and veggies, chopped peanuts, mango, chow mien noodles, chicken and dressing 500

S: veggie soup and Slimfast chips 150

D: pasta and chicken breast Alfredo 400

S: fruit salad 200

Hi first day on pureed foods so I'm starting to record my food. Not very exciting yet lol but its one step closer to real food.

B: 2 egg whites, 1 oz. Cheese, 2 T applesauce

S: strawberry Quest shake- I'm using it up the strawberry is not great

L: 1/4 cup pureed tuna salad, 1/4 cup applesauce

D: 1/2 cup pureed bean soup with 1 T shredded cheese

S: advant edge shake

700 calories, 70 protein

It looks like the Appolo is working great! My GI doctor is having great results with it. I am sincerely happy for you. Tri
