Good evening botts:

I lost 2 lbs. again this morning and I am 213 lbs. At one point I was 228 lbs. so it would be so much worse if I simply let myself go. It feels better to be eating healthy. Hope you all had a great day. Tri

B: Protein coffee 150

S: Salad: lettuce, tomato, nuts & seeds,fat free dressing 150

L: pizza: pita, spinach, tomato sauce, Italian cheese blend and chicken breast 400

S: Greek yogurt, French bread with a slice of extra sharp cheddar cheese 300

D: Quinoa pasta, chicken breast, spinach, tomato sauce 350

S: 1 cup fresh pineapple and my veggie soup and cheese 300

1650 calories
