I'm down another .6lbs! But the nsv is that I've had a very stressful weekend and I didn't turn to food to get through it. That's always been my way of coping and I dealt with it on my own. My middle child is an addict and started using again over the weekend. I had to throw her out and I didn't turn to food to deal with it. I'm very proud of myself. I had a slight cheat day yesterday. WELL A cheat meal and the carbs actually made me sick. I threw it all up. I guess my body wants to stick to the good stuff for now. Today I'm eating cottage cheese and pineapple for breakfast with a shake, lunch I'm eating some more of my cabbage soup, and lunch I think I'm going to eat a cheddar wurst. I like those as long as my stomach can handle it that's what I'll eat for dinner. My doctor stopped filling my protonix for some reason and I'm having a hard time with food.

For starters, I'm sorry you are having to deal with such hard issue's with your daughter. Very sad thing that far too many family's have to deal with! But congratulations on how you were able to deal with SO much stress and still make the right choices when it comes to eating!! I find that after carbs are out of my body for a while when I eat them I also get sick. I think it is a great thing because it does deter us from wanting to eat them again (if only they didn't taste do darn good). But I try to tell myself it is our body's way of also saying you know this has to be BAD for us for our body to reject it like that!! Guess our body's really do tell us what and how much it needs if we just learn to listen.
