Back On Track Together
HI, New to the group with some excellent news
HI everyone. I'm new to the group and new to being back on track. I had vsg may 13, 2013 and only lost 29 lbs because I went back to old eating habits when the weight was slow to come off. I've gained all but 2 (at my largest) lbs back. About a week ago I started eating on plan, very strict and lots of water. No more than 35g of carbs a day and at least 75 g of protein a day. I've been eating between 800 -1200 calories a day and I have lost... drum roll please... 8 lbs in six days. I'm so excited that this is working for me. I doubted for so long and I struggled for so long to lose the excess weight and now, well now it's just melting off. I had very little cravings that only lasted the first day and I've rocked it the rest of the time. After Thanksgiving I"m going to do a week of two shakes a day and one protein packed meal but until then three small meals (that's all my sleeve will allow) and protein protein protein. I just wanted to share with you all because I knew you would understand the huge excitement I'm feeling right now. It's like i just had the surgery again. :D
