L: chicken and Santa Fe tortilla
S: nsa, ff cheesecake and an apple
D: beef and brown/wild rice, veggie soup
S: nsa/ff cheesecake,coconut and an apple

Just looking through posts and seeing how many long term weight loss patients are out there....great that you have a food plan! I really haven't followed much of a food plan other than eating lean proteins, veggies, little to no carbs- I am glad that you are posting! Hope you have a great day!
