Good morning botts:

I am 212 lbs. on my scale.  Random eating is not working.  As Hala said this group is quite dead.  I thought perhaps my boring posts were a problem, but no one posted since me in August.  Clearly planning my food helps me to take off weight.  If it's all the same to you, I need to start up again with my daily plan.  I am able to walk on my foot, swim and stationary bike again.  My incision is still healing from my June foot surgery, but the surgeon said the xrays are fine.  I was in the Restore trial in 2007 to 2008 and the diet was great.  Not sure how my portions expanded but it is time to cut them down again.  I have no restriction whether I eat 1 cup of food or 1 quart of food.  I know a lot of you feel the same way 10 years post op. BOT one more time...hopefully forever!  Tri

Hugs.. Glad to see you back...I was worrying about you.

This group forum is dead.  Looks like people just read - if any.

As I mentioned before - I joined other, more active groups and got more support and...eventually reached my goal ...and passed it by 6 lbs... Now I am trying to maintain and not lose more. I was In a losing mode so long...that it is very hard for me to add more carbs.  I am trying...

Good luck ...

BTW - you eating is so different than most RNY that try to lose...but as long as it works for you ' great...

Hugs...
