Good morning botts:

Hope you all had a great weekend.  My house is so empty without any house guests.  I have 2 doctor appts. today with the infectious disease doc and the ortho surgeon.  My husband has been cleaning the house since Memorial Day.  He even pulled weeds around the house.  Grateful is an understatement.  Tomorrow I can take over the cleaning detail.  240 calories an hour will help get some pounds off.  I can't wait to get back to the pool as well. Have a great day everyone.  Tri

My meal plan today:

B: Jimmy Dean delight 250

S: salad: lettuce, tomato, seeds, vinegar and olive oil 200

L: chicken breast, quinoa and whole wheat pasta, black olives and artichokes and olive oil 450

S: I skipped it because I was not hungry :)

D: chicken breast, quinoa and whole wheat pasta, black olives and olive oil 450

S: zero yogurt and nectarine 200

1550

Struggling to stay BOTT.  I just want to wake up and not think about losing weight.  I guess I am just exhausted.  Doing my best.

I agree with you.  For me it will never be easy. I keep trying though.  Tri

Me too, it's a struggle to lose but I know if I give up it's so easy to gain weight. Not fair!!! So I just am going to do my best even if some days it's not 100% gotta keep trying.

Today's eats:

B-2 eggs, salsa and low carb toast w/low sugar jam

L-turkey, cheese, lite ranch, pickles, arugula on low carb wrap

D- chicken, blue cheese, strawberries on salad with lite ranch

Snacks-2 protein shakes

I am going to have a protein cocoa before bed tonight.  It is like a shake but I make it with hot  water and chocolate whey protein powder.  I don't think about protein shakes between meals.  That's a good idea though.  Thanks, Tri
