My meal plan today:

B: Jimmy Dean delight 230

S: salad (lettuce, tomato, nuts/seeds, oil/vinegar, ff cottage cheese 230

L: 1/2 chicken sausage and cooked shrimp 150

S: peanut butter, reduced fat Triskets, 2 slices reduced fat Swiss cheese 450

D: veggie soup, chicken breast, Asian veggies, quinoa noodles 350

S: Nutrasystem D chocolate chip cookies 150
