Good morning botts:

I went to bed early last night so that I wouldn't eat anymore. I am still 203 lbs. this morning.  25 lbs. lower than my highest regain 19 months ago. Onederland is so close. Today is a road trip to see friends and family, so I know it will be hard to stay bot. Sitting in the car and on the couch is not very much exercise.  It ended up that the only food available was fruit and veggies and tortilla and salsa other than desserts and drinks.  I abstained. My meal plan today:

B: Jimmy Dean delight 

S: salad (lettuce, tomato) with nuts/seeds/olive oil

L: Greek yogurt and frozen fruit smoothie and chicken breast

S: fresh veggies, fresh fruit, 4 tortilla chips and salsa

S: Nature valley nut protein bar

D: chicken breast, veggie soup, mashed potatoes,

S: Nutrasystem D chocolate chip cookies
