Hi botts;

I had foot surgery last month. I am on insulin again even though I am eating almost no carbs.  I need to start posting my meal plan to get into onderland asap for my own self esteem.  I still can't bear weight on my foot so exercise is not possible.  Hopefully I will be able to walk in a couple of weeks.  take care, Tri

My meal plan:

B: protein coffee with nsa almond milk

S: salad and nsa/ff no-crust cheesecake

L: cod tacos with rf cheese

S: Nature valley protein bar

D: quinoa, chicken breast, my veggie soup

S: nsa/ff no-crust cheesecake

hugs.. sorry you are struggling...

I am finally (a year???) at goal and below... the last 5-10 lbs took me app 6 months to lose and stabilize my weight....
