I am also 4 years out. I have gained 27 pounds in the last 7 months.  I have been BOTT for a few weeks.  I have to say the weight is not coming off.  Today I decided to do protein shakes for 2 meals and a piece of salmon for dinner.  I am hoping this will kick start my weight loss.  I had a melt down last night when I had to go to a graduation.  I tried on outfit after outfit and nothing fit.  How could it!  This is not where I want my life to go.  I am trying each day to remember why I had this surgery.  I swore I would never throw away the gift.  Hanging on.  Please come back and post.  We all could use the support.

Hey guys....

I had RNY in July 2008, so that's going to be 8 years next month and I have gained 42 pounds for the last 3-4 years.....
Slowly the pounds kept coming... I felt comfortable with food and adult drinks and here I am now.

As of this morning I weigh "180.3" and as of last week I was weighing 184.9 pounds.

I gave it a kick in the ass last week. I have co-workers that love to workout and eat clean so I made that change.

OUR SYSTEM STILL works, we just need to give a boost.
Come on guys we can do it! Work out and eat clean and still bring those protein shakes into our daily lives. We can do this.

EXAMPLE this morning--- We had an ALL STAFF MEETING at work. Muffins, cookies, yogurts, chocolate raisins and fruit.

-----I MADE SURE I had enough protein me in order for me not to crave anything. I felt full. I was good.
We can all do this.

You can do it!!!

Have a great weekend guys. Keep posting. PROTEIN!!!

Hi botts;

I have been re-losing for a couple years.  It is so slow.  I am down to 203 lbs. again.  I had foot surgery last month and am stuck in the recliner.  I am not eating badly but without moving it is slow.  I can see onederland around the corner.  I am on insulin again which I swear makes losing difficult. I simply won't give up. I hope to be on both feet again in a couple weeks.  take care, Tri
