Good afternoon botts

I am 205 this morning. I can't wait to be back under 200 lbs.  I have cleaned for 4 hours today.  I did 3 loads of laundry, packed up donations and picked up the house.  You know the routine.  At 240 calories per hour for cleaning I feel good.  Have a great day.  Tri

 

My meal plan today:

B: egg, rf cheese, ham and spinach,  Santa Fe tortilla

L: spinach, tomato, fat free Italian dressing, nuts and seeds, mozzarella cheese, croutons,  chicken 

S: Greek yogurt and nuts & seeds

D: chicken, peppers and onions with brown rice

S: 1/2 avocado, salsa and Multigrain crackers
