Good morning botts

I am 206 lbs. this morning. I have been very busy lately and not really tracking for a couple days again.  I am down a pound and am not sure how.  I have several healthy snacks and meals that are routine.  Then I have several snacks that sneak in when I am not thinking about it....usually when I am out of the house. I keep my house junk free. I think when I am going to lose a pound my body wants more food.  I need to try harder because 199 lbs is so close.  I am also 2 lbs. away from my SW of 204 lbs.  I never thought this would be such a hard journey.  This pound took 5 days to lose.  At least it is in the right direction again.  Have a great day everyone.  Tri
