Good afternoon botts

I had a good 1/12th triathlon workout at the gym and did 2 loads of wash today.  Hope you all have a great day today. Tri

B: Perfect 10 bagel, roast beef and a slice of cheese

S: 1/3 cucumber and a little of BG's ranch/yogurt dip

L: Santa Fe tortilla, roast beef and cheese

S: Protein nut bar, yogurt/frozen fruit smoothie

D: pork chop, quinoa and Progresso Light soup

S: veggie soup, salad
