Good early morning botts:

I am up at 4:30 this morning because I got to bed at 9 last night.  My plan is to clean for 5 hours today.  I also want to get to the gym and I have rehearsal (standing) tonight. Have a great day everyone.  Tri 

My food plan today:

S: protein coffee

B: Santa Fe quiche

S: veggies with BG's ranch Greek yogurt dressing 

L: turkey, rf cheese and Santa Fe tortilla, salad and almonds

S: strawberries and nsa/ff cheesecake

D: turkey, veggie soup, rf cheese

S: strawberries and nsa/ff cheesecake
