Good morning botts:

I joined the fitness challenge at my health club to encourage me.  I swam 100 yds., 1 mile bike and 1/4 mile walk (1/12th spint triathlon) today for additional toning. Hope you all have a great day.  Tri

My food plan today:

B: whole wheat toast, egg, rf cheese

S: strawberries and nsa/ff cheesecake

L: turkey breast, whole wheat toast, veggie soup,  rf cheese

S: Slimfast chips, BG's Greek yogurt ranch dip, sugar snap peas

D: turkey breast, quinoa pasta, veggie soup

S: pretzel crackers
