My meal plan today:

B: Perfect 10 bagel, egg and rf cheese

S: lettuce, cucumber, sugar snap peas, rf cheese, seeds and fat free Italian dressing

L: Weight  Watchers Swedish meatballs and pasta

S: Skim milk and frozen fruit smoothie

D: chicken leg, veggie soup, Santa Fe tortilla and rf cheese slice

S: baked apple slices, nuts and craisins; Greek yogurt
