My food plan today:
B: Protein coffee
S: mixed nuts 2 oz.....340 calories
L: WW frozen meal 300 calories
S: lettuce, tomato, 1/3 cucumber, ff Italian dressing, rf cheese and seeds
D: chicken leg and Slimfast chips
S: 1 cup skim milk, apple slices with Craisins
