Good evening botts:

I have been swimming and cleaning the last couple of days.  It feels good.  It is cold and rainy as we start Spring is Wisconsin. The warm weather is just around the corner.  I fit into a size smaller jeans today.  It is coming slowly but surely.  Hope you all had a great day.  Tri

My food plan today:

B: Protein coffee

S: mixed nuts 2 oz.....340 calories

L: WW frozen meal 300 calories

S: lettuce, tomato, 1/3 cucumber, ff Italian dressing,  rf cheese and seeds

D: chicken leg and Slimfast chips

S: 1 cup skim milk, apple slices with Craisins
