Good morning botts:

I was 204 again this morning.  I can feel onederland around the corner. I found perfect 10 bagels on vacation and loaded my suitcase with them.  (I have a 2 month supply in my freezer).  I hope everyone has a great day.  Tri 

My food plan today:

B: toasted Perfect 10 bagel (19 gms of protein, 140 calories and net 9 gms of carbs) with NSA orange marmalade 

S: grapefruit and veggie soup and mixed nuts

L: Lean Cuisine frozen ravioli

S: frozen fruit/skim milk smoothie and Slimfast potato chops with BrandiGirl ranch Greek yogurt dip

D: beef, rf cheese, lettuce, tomato, Sate Fe tortilla and veggie soup

S: protein cocoa (15 gms of protein and 2 gms of carb) and Nutrasystem D chocolate chip cookies
