As H.a.l.a.B and Brandi said, cutting the carbs is a good starting point. No doubt you will have to white-knuckle for several days but after that the cravings do fade. Then staying off them and staying on your plan should give you a great start.
I too am back here with you folks...had a fantastic first couple years on program, lots and lots of exercise, then fell off the planet in December. I haven't had a big regain thankfully but want to jump in and join the group before I really get lost. I enjoyed reading the rules of the pouch site mentioned above; have never read that before though the principles are pretty much close to what my surgeon gave me. So in the morning I'll jump on the scale I have been avoiding the past couple weeks and dust off my planning sheets and get back to it.
