Good morning botts
I lost 3 lbs. this morning. The 2 I gained on vacation and 1 new relost pound. I am 204 lbs. Onederland is so close. I am using the Mayo clinic food pyramid check off sheet. If I eat everything on the pyramid I eat 2000 calories. There are 8 healthy carb servings and I usually can get by with 4 so I am eating under 1700 calories. My big dog is dropping her winter coat all over the house so cleaning is a never ending resource of exercise. Hope you all have a great day. Tri
