I have not been on for quite awhile. I am here to get  back on track.. i am getting all my food together and will start this sunday. I need all the support I can get .  I had rny in 2008 and have about 35 pound weight gain.  I lost the love of my life it will be three years in June. Ihave not cared about anything but he would want me to get back on track.  I will take any advice. I am a grazer and I plan on putting my self back in the game again.  No more excuses. thanks guys

I am so sorry about your loss! It is good that you are now ready to take care of yourself. You CAN get those extra pounds back off!! You may need to start by going back to the basic's of what you did after surgery. Come here and post OFTEN and ready OFTEN! It helps. I try to start each of my days and end each of my days here. Posting and ready current post as well as old post. Looking for tips and support. You are NOT alone. Best of luck to you and us all.

You are so smart to be getting a handle on things now.  Unfortunately, I let my weight regain get totally out of control before I came to my senses.  I have been back on track & slowly making progress since January 2015.  The answer for me was to go back to basics - protein first, no drinking with meals, no soda pop, etc.  It works.  Welcome to being back on track.  Also, please let me say I'm very sorry for your loss.

All time high weight - 366 lbs; initial loss 180 lbs

regained to 318 lbs; got back on track middle of Jan. 2015

current weight 172.4
