Good afternoon BOTTS:

I am finally down to 206 again this morning.  That is where I was last month before vacation.  I am going on vacation again next month and in April.  The snow and cold in Wisconsin is bothering me more as I get older.  I have be more in control of myself...I have to!  The yoyo-ing  is really difficult! I need to eat mindfully all the time and track...track...track!  I found an old Mayo clinic food pyramid check sheet.  I used it years ago when I lost a bunch of weight in 2001.  I will bring it along on vacation.  Maybe that will help.  Have a great day. My food plan today:

B: Greek yogurt, 7 almonds and a spoonful of granola

S: mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers and onion salad; 2 tbsp. rf cheese, ff dressing and a nectarine

L: 2 chicken wings and mashed carrots and potatoes

S: 1/2 avocado, salsa, whole grain crackers and 2 slices rf cheese

D: pork tenderloin and a chicken drumstick and rice

S: veggie soup, nectarine, 7 almonds, Greek yogurt and either Metamucil crackers or sf powder in water.

I like that you post your food for the day.  It gives me Ideas and portion ideas.  I have recently gained 15 pounds and struggling to get my eating under control.  So seeing what people have during the day not only gives me ideas but lets me know that I am not alone.
