Good afternoon BOTTS:
I am finally down to 206 again this morning. That is where I was last month before vacation. I am going on vacation again next month and in April. The snow and cold in Wisconsin is bothering me more as I get older. I have be more in control of myself...I have to! The yoyo-ing is really difficult! I need to eat mindfully all the time and track...track...track! I found an old Mayo clinic food pyramid check sheet. I used it years ago when I lost a bunch of weight in 2001. I will bring it along on vacation. Maybe that will help. Have a great day. Tri
My food plan today:
B: Greek yogurt, 7 almonds and a spoonful of granola
S: mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers and onion salad; 2 tbsp. rf cheese, ff dressing and a nectarine
L: 2 chicken wings and mashed carrots and potatoes
S: 1/2 avocado, salsa, whole grain crackers and 2 slices rf cheese
D: pork tenderloin and a chicken drumstick and rice
S: veggie soup, nectarine, 7 almonds, Greek yogurt and either Metamucil crackers or sf powder in water.
