Good morning botts:

My meal plan today is:

B: Turkey and rf cheese omelet and toast

S: frozen grapes and Greek yogurt

L: Salad, turkey and potatoes

S: strawberries, nsa sponge cake and sugar free pudding cup

D: veggie soup, pork tenderloin, potatoes

S: Metamucil crackers and nut protein bar

For exercise I cleaned out my last kitchen cabinet.  I have to begin removing my wall paper border and do laundry.  Have a great day everyone. Tri
