Good afternoon botts:

My meal plan today:

B: quiche (made with a Santa Fe tortilla which has 8 gm of protein and fiber)

L: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, 1/2 avocado, seeds, rf cheese, gyro meat, whole wheat toast croutons and fat free Italian dressing

D: beef, veggeti zucchini, tomato sauce, mushrooms

S: nsa/ff cheesecake, Plain Greek yogurt, baked apples and walnuts
