Good morning BOTTS:

We are having a lot of snow today so I am a shut in.  I recorded a couple of movies this weekend.  My goal today is to pause the movie at each commercial and clean for 10 minutes.  I have 4 more lower cabinets to clean out in my kitchen and a load of laundry to do today.  I would love to finish housecleaning the kitchen this winter.  I also have been cleaning out the basement for over a year.  It is coming along.  I have a nice thrift store that accepts donations and sells it and runs homeless shelters and meal programs with the profits.  It takes a lot of time to pick out nice things and clean them so it can raise money for their program.  Climbing the stairs and hauling up stuff is great exercise for me.  I wonder how many minutes I can clean today?  At my weight I burn 240 calories per hour.  I cleaned for 3 hours and 40 minutes today.  Have a great day everyone.  Tri

B: quiche and sf Metamucil 

L: salad with tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, avocado, rf cheese, seeds and fat free dressing; Santa Fe tortilla and grass fed beef.

D: stir fry veggies, grass fed beef, brown rice
