Good afternoon botts:

I hope everyone is having a great weekend.  Not much going on for me today.  I have to learn some music today.  Not very exciting.  Take care, Tri

My meal plan today:

B: quiche (made with a Santa Fe tortilla for a crust)

S: nsa/ff cheese cake

L: salad, tomato, cucumber, 1/2 avocado, rf cheese, seeds and ff dressing: beef and turkey meatballs

S: veggie soup and almonds

D: beef roast, carrots, mushrooms , yams and red potatoes

S: protein cocoa and nut protein bar
