Good morning botts:
I relost a pound and I am back to 207 this morning. My jeans are loose again. I can't wait to drop down a size. I have been very busy the past few days. I was tracking on a piece of paper. Lots of cleaning and laundry. I put up Valentine decorations and was shopping for a new recliner. Can't find what I want and I don't want to settle yet. Today I cleaned the downstairs for company tonight. Have a great day everyone. Tri

S: salad with ff dressing, seeds, nuts, avocado and rf cheese
L: Turkey and beef and mashed cauliflower, carrots and potatoes
S: veggie soup and deviled eggs
D: turkey and grass fed beef and mashed carrots, cauliflower and potatoes
S: protein cocoa, sf/ff cheesecake
