Good afternoon botts:

I weighed myself this morning and I am 208 lbs. Up 2 pounds since Jan. 11.  Vacation put a solid 2 lbs. on me....ugh!  I have been eating well since I got back.  I really want to be in onederland again soon.  Have a great day everyone. Tri

My food plan today:

B: plain Greek yogurt and turkey

L: Salad, Lean Cuisine Swedish meatballs, baked apple slices with craisins and walnuts

S: 80 cal. yogurt and granola

D: quinoa pasta and beef

S: Protein peanut bar, 2 clementines and veggie soup
