Happy New Year botts:

I weighed in this morning and I am 209 lbs.  Down 20 lbs. since 2014.  Down 10 lbs. since June 2015.  Down 3 lbs. since the beginning of Dec. 2015.  I wanted to be 208, but I'll take take any movement in the right direction and try to pick up the pace a little this year.  I hope to get back to my Weight  Watchers lifetime member goal weight of 168.  41 lbs. this year...double from last year.  My goal is to ear 3 fruits and 4 veggies every day and cut back my portion sizes.  Have a great day everyone. Congratulation !!! 20lbs loss is a huge deal. You really did well. And your deteminstion paid off.

Good luck in the year.

As me - I am maintaining with +/- 5 lbs... Not bad but not as good as I would wish.  So close to my goal , that when I get withing 5 lbs..I just lose motivation... The closer to goal we get the harder it is to lose...

This year I am determined to get healtier. Really avoid foods that I am allergic to, and concentrate on geting strong and fit.

I like your "pick myself up..."  That has helped me so many times over the years.  I am going to set a 5 lbs. limit like you have when I reach the goal weight.  Happy new year to you and all the botts. :) Tri

Great job! You've got this.

I've got to get back on track as I let the holidays get me sidetracked with more grazing and eating things not on plan. I've gained about 5 pounds and I'm determined to get that under control before it gets worse. My head just hasn't been in the game, but I vow to get back to the healthy habits that work.

Happy New Year everyone

You can relose 5 lbs.  Think 1 lb. 5 times.  It's easier.  Good luck to us.  Tri
