Good morning botts:

I woke up early and went back to bed.  When i woke up again I was 208 lbs. Down another pound. I ended up shopping off and on all day. Singing at church tonight.  Have a great day everyone.  Tri

My eating plan today is:

B: quiche I used a Santa Fe tortilla for the crust (100 calories, 8 gm. each fiber and protein and it serves 4)

S: Snapeas baked

L: chicken thigh and Progresso soup

S: broccoli with rf cheese sauce

D: grass fed beef and ff/rf cheeses and brown rice pasta lasagna

S: ambrosia salad (nsa/ff)
