Good afternoon botts:

I got on the scale this morning and I am 207!  Oct. 2014 when I had my mammogram I weighed 228.  14 months to lose 21 lbs.  11/2 lbs a month.  I haven't worn my black suit coat jacket since last winter.  I couldn't button it last year and now it is loose.  Now I have 39 lbs. to my Weigh****cher lifetime goal weight of 168 lbs.  39 lbs. is so much easier than 60 lbs. I need to keep going and be patient with myself.  Have a great day everyone.  Tri

My food plan today:

B: Jimmy dean delight

L: eggs benedict and asparagus 

S: ambrosia salad and sf ff cheesecake

D: steak, chicken sausage, shrimp and rice (jambalya) broccoli and cheese soup

S:baked apple, craisins and walnuts
