Good morning botts:

I am still 209 lbs.  I didn't follow the plan but I didn't eat too badly.  I am a church singer for the nest 5 days.  Our choir stands for hours of rehearsal and services. It is actually good exercise.  Have a great day everyone.  Tri

B: quiche

S: avocado, salsa and baked Snapeas (I think a healthy snack food)

L: low fat, brown rice lasagna and side salad with fat free dressing

S: nsa cheesecake and ambrosia salad

D: chicken thigh and Progresso soup

S: baked Snapeas
