Good morning botts:

I emptied and washed out my upper kitchen cabinets.  I am donating and discarding tons of stuff we don't use anymore.  It is really good exercise.  Have a great day.  Tri

My food plan today:

B: Jimmy Dean delight

S: 2 cutie oranges and plain Greek yogurt

L: turkey meatballs, reduced fat cheese and a whole wheat bun; side salad

S: 1/2 avocado 

D: veggie soup, turkey/beef Salisbury steak, reduced fat cheese and whole wheat bun

S: nut crunch protein bar
